Service Overview
IndexReady (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") is a free web tool that automatically analyzes web pages' SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) readiness based on the URL you provide, and delivers scoring results with improvement suggestions. The Service is operated by Josef (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Disclaimer
Scores and analysis results provided by this tool are reference values from automated analysis. They do not guarantee actual search engine rankings, AI search engine citations, or Google AI Overview appearances. Any actions taken based on the analysis results are at the user's own responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
The Operator shall not be liable for any damages (including but not limited to direct or indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss) arising from the use or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Usage Limits
This service limits requests to 5 per 10-minute window per IP address. We may restrict access if unauthorized use or excessive access is detected.
Prohibited Actions
Users shall not engage in the following activities: (1) Mass requests using automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.). (2) Attacks on the Service's infrastructure (DDoS attacks, unauthorized access, etc.). (3) Use for purposes that violate third-party privacy. (4) Falsifying analysis results and distributing them to third parties. (5) Unauthorized reproduction or repurposing of the Service's source code, design, or content. (6) Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Operator.
Intellectual Property
All content included in the Service, including but not limited to text, design, logos, software, analysis logic, blog articles, and other materials, is the property of the Operator or its rightful owners and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or republish such content beyond the scope of personal use.
Advertising
The Service may display advertisements through third-party ad services such as Google AdSense to partially fund operating costs. The content of advertisements is provided under the responsibility of advertisers and ad service providers, not the Operator. Service Changes
The Operator may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of such changes.
Changes to Terms
The Operator may modify these Terms of Use as necessary. Updated terms shall take effect upon posting on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
